What to Expect

Step 1: Apply

Tell us about the athlete, their goals, current level, and what they’re looking to gain from mentorship.

Step 2: Meet

We’ll schedule an introductory call with parents to learn more about the athlete, answer questions, and determine the best fit.

Step 3: Build a Plan

Athletes receive guidance tailored to their goals, mindset, routines, nutrition habits, confidence, leadership, and development.

Step 4: Grow

Through mentorship, accountability, and consistent support, athletes develop habits and confidence that translate far beyond sport.
