Meet the Hausberger Sisters

Elevating Athletic Performance. Developing Better People.

Driven by a shared passion for hockey, athletic performance, and mentorship, we bring a unique combination of firsthand experience and expertise to everything we do. Through our ongoing journeys as NCAA Division I athletes, we’ve gained valuable insight into what it truly takes to perform at a high level — not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

We believe great athletes are built through more than skill development alone. Confidence, mindset, recovery, nutrition, leadership, and daily habits all play a critical role in long-term success both in sport and in life. Our mission is to help athletes maximize their performance while also developing into confident, prepared, and well-rounded people beyond the game.

Powerhaus Performance was created to provide athletes with the kind of holistic mentorship and support we know can make a lasting impact — empowering them to grow not only as competitors, but as leaders, teammates, and individuals.

Sophia (21) is an NCAA Division I goaltender currently continuing her athletic and academic career at Syracuse University while pursuing a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship & Emerging Markets. Prior to Syracuse, she attended Merrimack College, where she served as Assistant Captain for the Warriors in Hockey East and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Before Merrimack, Sophia played abroad in Austria with the Kärnten Lakers after graduating from New Hampton School, where she played for four years. While in Austria, she earned invitations to three Austrian National Team camps and continues to receive call-ups throughout her career.

At Merrimack, Sophia was recognized with the “7th Player Award” in all three seasons she competed. At New Hampton, she received the Meservey Medal, the “212 Award,” and captained the Varsity Tennis team. Through her athletic and academic journey, Sophia has developed a passion for leadership, mentorship, and holistic athlete development, helping shape the vision behind Powerhaus Performance.

Victoria (18) recently graduated from Lovell Hockey Academy, where she served as a four-time captain and Student Body Vice President. She is committed to continue her hockey career at the NCAA Division I level for Merrimack College beginning in 2026.

Before Lovell, Victoria played for the North Shore Vipers, helping lead the team to a National Championship.

During her time at Lovell, she was recognized with the “Unsung Hero” Award as both a freshman and sophomore, and later received the school’s prestigious “Lion Award” as a junior and senior. Through her experiences as both a leader and athlete, Victoria has developed a passion for mentorship, confidence-building, and helping young athletes grow both on and off the ice through Powerhaus Performance.
